This Trim Ring is a lamp hole replenish ring, which is mainly used to hide the mounting hole gaps of downlights and spotlights. Using it is equivalent to adding spacers to the LED light.

This trim ring thickness is only 0.03 inches, its overlay sits flush against the ceiling in between the drywall and the recessed light. Also works with ceiling fans and pendant lights.

Instruction
Place Baffle into the trim ring, trim ring is held in place by the baffle. Once Baffle is inside of trim ring then position the baffle into recessed lighting housing and clip it into place with springs.

NOTE: Please pay attention to check the mounting hole size of the downlight/spotlight and the size of the ceiling opening before purchasing.
