Connect your player to your pc then click the removable disk(that is the player on \"my computer\") on the right, then choose \"format\", under the format file, please choose \"FAT\" but not \"FAT32\" . After formatting, please copy songs or movies or any other files to your player. Please kindly have a try and advise.
